Now lets begin the lesson

 
A sentence to make logic must have a subject and a predicate.

The  subject  tells whom or what the sentence is about.

Ex. Stacy went to the beach.

Ex. Kim went to the party.

The predicate tells what the subject is, does, has, or feels.

Ex. The dog played with the ball.
 

A preposition is a word that explain the association between a noun or a pronoun and one more word in a sentence. Different preposition express different meaning. Some preposition are made up more than one word.

Ex. John walks in the house.

      John walks behind the house.

      John walks outside the house.

      John walks near the house. 

Now lets move on to easiest lesson Verbs!

The irregular verb do not follow any rules. You must learn the principle parts of each one. It may help you to use the verb forms in short sentence for example these.

Ex. Now I am running.               Today I run.

     Yesterday I ran.                   Often I have run.

The regular verbs are verbs that show action.

Ex. The little boy ran to his mother.

Ex. Why did you steal my cat?

 Most verb convey action. Frequently that action toward another word in the predicate. A verb that express toward something or someone named in the predicate is called a transitive verb.

Ex. Heavy rains had destroyed part of the road.   The snow fell on top of the tree.   

An intransitive verb does not have an object. There is no "gather" of the action.

Ex. The boy was running fine.           The Jim turned right quickly.

 Well, that was easy, right!!

Now lets move on to Nouns and Pronouns!

A person, a place, a thing, and an idea is a noun.

Ex. The girl went to the party.           

Ex. Japan has many earthquakes.

A pronoun is a word used as a substitute for a noun.

Ex.  A young girl is hungry.
 

A active verb shows action in a sentence.

Ex. She ran for five miles.

Ex. He drank water after the big soccer game.

A passive verb is the subject that receives the action.

Ex. The trains are run by electronic motors.

Ex. The cars are run by gasoline.

Adverb tells about another verbs, adjectives, and other adverb.

Ex. The dog ran fast and fearlessly

Now lets learn Adjectives!

 An adjective word that describes a noun.

Ex. The girl is very pretty and beautiful.

Ex. The boy is very hideous and horrible.


Now lets move on to Conjunctions!

The conjunction is a word that connect two simple sentences and it can also join words.

Ex. Sam and Stacy are going to the party. 

Ex. Sophia will dance, for Jamie will sing.
